Music Lessons Policies

• Lessons are charged on a monthly basis.

• Lessons are a flat fee of $85.00 per month.

• Lesson fees are due on or before the first lesson of every month.

• Lesson fees are for one 30 minute lesson per week

• Lesson times/days are the same from week to week

• Lesson fees may be paid by cash or e-treansfer

Make up Lessons

Robertson Music Lessons does not offer make-up lessons. Why? You may ask. Its because of our flat fee model of payment.  Other music schools make you pay for every lesson you have every month. Some months have 4 lessons and some months have 5 lessons so your payment will fluctuate depending on the month. By paying a flat fee, at Robertson Music Lessons, you will have an extra or “banked” lesson during a 5 lesson month.  So, If you don’t miss any lessons during the year, you will end up with about one month’s worth of free lessons!!  If you do have to miss a lesson, it will balance out during a 5 lesson month!

• If a teacher has to miss a lesson, you will see a credit on the following month’s invoice.

• You may cancel your lessons at any time, however, no refunds will be issued, therefore students should cancel their lessons before the 1st day of the following month. 

• If a weather emergency is declared we may cancel lessons to ensure the safety of staff and students.
